- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The request for return and refund must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- An unboxing video of the package is mandatory to support the claim.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

- Attach the unboxing video clearly showing the damage or defect.
- Provide your order details, including your name, contact information, and delivery address.
3. Processing of Refunds
- Once we receive your request, our team will verify the provided details within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- In case of COD orders, a refund will be issued through bank transfer or UPI as per your preference.
4. Replacement Option
- If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch a new product at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
- If the product is out of stock, we will process a full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Products without a valid unboxing video.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
6. Compliance with Indian Laws
Our return and refund policy complies with Indian Consumer Protection Laws, including:
